We have a family of 11 dedicated employees including six who have specialized in Tax Preparation and or accounting work. Our tax and accounting employees annually attend seminars to keep abreast on the most recent legislative changes and tax law. We have membership in the American Society of Tax Professionals, the National Association of Tax Professionals, National Association of Enrolled Agents and the Accreditation Council for Accounting and Taxation. We are members of the Owatonna Area Chamber of Commerce.

We prepare and complete all necessary forms, supporting documents, and electronically file directly to the IRS and State as required.

We can complete necessary forms and supporting documents for a Paper Filed return as per client request.

We offer Accounting and Payroll Services for both Business and Individual accounts.

We offer Individual and Business Consulting on tax related matters.

We offer preparation of W-2, 1099, 941 quarterly, 940 & 944 annual reports, Sales & Use Tax returns.
